Company ProfileServing as a facilities building designer for United States Steel Corporation and managing the design group for eleven years, Bruce Bolinger established Bolinger Design Services in 1983. Nini Reyes-Bolinger joined BDS in 1989 as a residential building designer. Over the years , Bruce & Nini have quietly established their firm as one of the premier design groups in Northern California. BDS has been serving the Bay Area with quality building design & related engineering services by using a masterful blend of architecture, materials and genuine sensitivity to the subtleties of our client's tastes and desires. Our firm concentrates on providing a complete range of personalized services associated with home design and prides itself on making the design experience, one of the most satisfying achievements possible. Room additions are one of our biggest challenges. To be able to design and create a single or two story addition to an existing structure and have the addition appear as though it was a part of the original house plan is a great design accomplishment. The use of new and old architecture, materials and personal client requirements can completely transform an existing home. Custom homes are one of our most exciting challenge.
